Milo’s Contracting is a family operated business that provides large company capabilities while maintaining small company values. We have helped many Valley Area homeowners achieve their home design goals. We provide residential construction for the Phoenix Metro area and creative design-build solutions for projects of all sizes.

Brian McClary, owner and operator, was born in Nebraska and raised in Iowa. Go Cornhuskers! Brian grew up on a small farm and quickly discovered his passion for carpentry from his grandfather, Milo, who was a skilled carpenter and craftsman. After attending Iowa Lakes Community College, Brian moved to Arizona and worked for a remodeling contractor for 14 years. Brian decided to start his own business in 1998. In honor of his grandfather, Milo’s Contracting was formed.
